The Abbey of Saint Sixtus of Westvleteren
The day we were in the West Flanders region of Belgium, to visit hopefully our fourth Trappist Brewery, was not so lucky. It is wise to double check the days in which breweries and cafés are open and closed. We were only able to walk around and drool on the window of the café, hoping that we might see someone. But, as fate would have it, no luck. Still a beautiful stop. Next time…
