Menus are one way a Chef can share their soul to an audience.  The use of seasonal, local, organic products, relationships with venders, inspirations, ideas of textures, all come together; like artist’s paints and brushes, a guitar player’s choice for steel or plastic strings or a brewer’s choice of grains, hops and yeast.  These are the building blocks for an evening, as these hand picked ingredients combine with a Chef’s touch, transform a meal into an event. 

Here are a few menu’s I have done in the past.  Each one left a memory for each guest, as the creation of each dish was custom tailored to the hosts thoughts, wishes and type of event.  From a special birthday, a gathering of foodies wanting to share a meal together, to homebrewers having a brewers dinner like no other.
